These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PersiaCoulter.com website and your purchase of products from our online store (the "Store"). The Store is operated by Persia Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. By visiting our Store and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Fulfillment
Our products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand and dropshipping partners. This means items are produced and shipped on our behalf by independent suppliers after an order is placed. Production and processing times are in addition to shipping times. Product colors, sizing, and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown on the Store due to manufacturing, screen settings, and the made-to-order nature of the items. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
4. All Sales Final
Because our products are made to order through our fulfillment partners, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds except as described in our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the process described in that policy.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Store, including designs, artwork, logos, text, graphics, and the names Persia Coulter and PersiaCoulter.com, is the property of Persia Studios LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Store and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Persia Studios LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
