Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed.

 

Because all sales are final, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including item, size, color, and quantity selections.

 

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@persiacoulter.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review these cases individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
