Processing Time
Our products are made to order and fulfilled by trusted third-party print-on-demand and dropshipping partners. Most items require a production time of approximately 2 to 7 business days before they are shipped. This processing time is separate from, and in addition to, the shipping time below. Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once an order has been produced and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are typically 3 to 8 business days for domestic (U.S.) orders and 10 to 20 business days for international orders, depending on the destination and carrier. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Total time to receive your order is the processing time plus the shipping time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Any applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Multiple Shipments
Because items may be produced and shipped by different fulfillment partners, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Tracking
When available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Orders returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund or free reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
